REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Veloura, your happiness is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to provide a solution that ensures your satisfaction.


 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 3 - 5 business days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.


 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items on sale or clearance (unless damaged or defective)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us immediately after receiving your order.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will resolve the issue promptly.
